"Using the gift card felt more stressful than it should’ve"
I tried using my Coles gift card online and it was a hassle. The voucher code showed up as valid, but every time I got to checkout it just wouldn’t apply. I’m cautious with gift cards because I don’t like the idea of money getting stuck or wasted, so it was frustrating not knowing if the balance was going to be usable at all. Support took a while to respond and didn’t really sort it out quickly. For something that’s supposed to be simple, it ended up being way more annoying than expected.

"Pretty good picks for my regular shopping"
It suggests stuff I actually buy about every time I shop, so it’s been handy to have around.

"Great range, even if I’m torn on brands"
There’s always heaps to choose from whenever I shop here, and I usually manage to find all my regular stuff. I’ll admit I’m loyal to a couple of my usual brands, so I sometimes feel a bit torn when there are so many other options staring at me, but it’s nice having the choice

"Pretty handy once you get into the habit"
I usually do my Coles order online most weeks, mostly because it’s easier than walking around the store after work and trying to remember what I came in for. I didn’t really think much about the points side of it at first, I just scanned or logged in because it was there.
The little offers can be decent, especially when they’re for things I was going to buy anyway. The app is simple enough too, so I’m not spending ages trying to find where anything is or work out how to use it.
After a while I realised the Flybuys points were actually adding up faster than I expected, and using them for a bit of money off has been genuinely useful. It’s not amazing every single time, but overall it does make my Coles shop feel a bit more worth it.

"Good intentions, but still a lot of plastic"
I tried this a little while back, honestly I can’t remember if it was last month or the month before, but my overall feeling is kind of mixed. I do appreciate that the company seems to care about ethics and is making some effort there. But when the package showed up, or maybe it was the second order, there was still way more plastic than I expected. It just felt a bit wasteful for a brand that seems to be trying to do the right thing.

"I liked that they kept me posted with..."
I liked that they kept me posted with texts about my order. I always knew what was going on, which was nice, really nice.

"I usually do my shop on coles.com.au most..."
I usually do my shop on coles.com.au most weeks, but lately it feels like there just aren't as many Coles brand products available. Maybe it's just the things I buy, I'm not totally sure, but a lot of the basics I look for seem to be missing or out of stock. Some of the own brand stuff is still fine, but I often end up having to pick the more expensive brands instead. The website itself is easy enough to use, I just wish there were more Coles brand options. It's a bit frustrating, honestly

"Fees started feeling like too much"
I was going to place an order, but the delivery fee was already kind of high, and then more service charges showed up at checkout. By the time everything was added, it just didn’t feel worth it, at least for what I was getting.

"Good prices most weeks"
I usually do my big shop on coles.com.au because, i don’t always have the time or energy to run around checking every supermarket. The specials most weeks make it feel worth it, and the delivery fees are reasonable too. It’s not always the cheapest for every single item, but for me it works out as good value overall
"Bagging was just really good"
Got my Coles online order today the packing was just really well done.
The cold stuff was kept together, the fruit wasn’t squashed, and the bread was in its own bag, which I really appreciated. Nothing had leaked or rolled around everywhere either.
The bags weren’t overloaded, so it was easy to carry everything in from the door. It’s a simple thing, but it just makes a big difference. Happy with it.

"Convenient in theory, but not reliable enough"
I’ve used Coles online a few times now, it’s just not reliable enough for me. Delivery’s been late twice, and one time I didn’t get any proper update until the delivery window had already passed. Pickup hasn’t been much better either, I’ve sat waiting in the car park for ages, only to find a few items missing or swapped for stuff I wouldn’t have picked. The prices are okay, but the service makes the whole thing more frustrating than it should be.
"Smooth payment compared to most places"
The payment process was easier than what I usually run into with other companies. My card went through on the first try, the bill was straightforward, and there weren’t any random surprise charges. I also got the email receipt quickly, which was nice. Overall, a hassle-free experience.

"Website says one thing, store says another"
I’ve had a few trips where the price on the website looked one way, then in store it was different, or the special didn’t come up properly at checkout. It gets confusing because I’ll plan my shop based on what I saw online, then the total ends up higher than expected. Just wish the prices and deals were more consistent.

"Helped me out on hectic weeknights"
I started using the recipes when my weeknights were already a mess, so the timing wasn’t great on my end. But it still made dinner planning way less stressful and gave me easy ideas when I didn’t want to think too hard

"Helped me avoid a wasted trip"
I used the Coles store locator to check the opening hours for my local store before heading out. I usually stop by after work, so it was handy to see the hours quickly and make sure I wasn’t going to get there too late. Worked fine and saved me a wasted drive.
"They had most of what I needed in…"
They had most of what I needed in stock, which was good, but there were a few substitutions that didn’t really feel like the best matches. It wasn’t a huge issue, but it did make me trust the order accuracy a little less than before.

"Receipts are harder to understand than they should be"
I order from coles.com.au fairly often, but the receipts and invoices are a pain to make sense of. Some products show up with odd names or random-looking short codes, and when a discount is applied, it’s not always obvious what the discount was actually for.
I’ve had to go back through my order more than once just to figure out what I paid for, which feels unnecessary for an online shop. It also kind of feels like this sort of feedback gets brushed off, because the receipts have been like this for a while. It’s not the worst thing ever, but it is frustrating.

"Pretty good shop this week"
My Coles online order turned up right on time this week, and it was close to perfect. The fruit looked decent, and all the main things I actually needed were in the bags, which doesn’t always happen.
No missing items this time either, which was a nice surprise. The substitutes made sense too, not like when you order one thing and get something completely… anyway, it was easy, simple, and no drama

"I've ordered from coles.com a few…"
I've ordered from coles.com a few times now, and it's been decent. The fruit and veg have mostly turned up fresh, which is always the main thing for me. Oh and the meat was good quality too, no complaints there. I did get one bag of salad that was a bit too close to the use-by date, which was annoying, but not a huge deal. Overall, yeah, happy with it so far

"Specials seem to be right"
I use coles.com.au most weeks, and as far as I can tell, the specials have been accurate for me. The prices usually match what I end up paying at checkout, and the promo items are easy to find. I haven’t had any issues with discounts not applying, unless I’ve just been lucky. It definitely makes planning the shop a bit easier.
